Bão trắng 3: Thiên đàng hay địa ngục: Âu Chí Viễn và Trương Kiến Hành là hai cảnh sát chìm infiltrating deep into a drug cartel led by the kingpin Khang Tố Sai in Hong Kong. During a mission, Trương Kiến Hành gets severely injured and is saved by the drug lord on a smuggling ship to the Golden Triangle area. Grateful for being saved, Trương Kiến Hành reluctantly agrees to work for the drug lord to produce heroin in the Golden Triangle. Meanwhile, Âu Chí Viễn tracks down his colleague who has gone rogue and joined the drug lord's operation, together with Interpol to hunt down the drug lord. As the three finally come face to face, will friendship or justice prevail? The choices they make will ultimately determine their fate in this dangerous game of cat and mouse.
