Kẻ Bắt Chước: The Mimic is inspired by the famous Korean folk tale of the Tiger in the Mountain - a story about a dark creature with the ability to mimic human voices in order to deceive and prey on them. The film tells the story of a family who, after the mysterious disappearance of their young son, decides to move to the remote village near Mount Jang for a fresh start. The family consists of the mother Hee Yeon, her husband, and their daughter. Hee Yeon begins to hear whispers and strange voices, leading her to a cave on Mount Jang.
