Dù Tôi Không Phải Người Hùng: The Atypical Family depicts the story of Bok Gwi Joo (played by Jang Ki Yong) and his family who were bo with different supeatural abilities. Bok Gwi Joo has the ability to time travel, but only to moments of happiness in his life. Unable to change the past, he can only live in those happy moments. Bok Gwi Joo suffers from depression, leading to him losing his supeatural ability. His family also loses their powers due to mode issues like insomnia, bulimia, and smartphone addiction. One day, Do Da He (played by Chun Woo Hee) accidentally becomes involved with Bok Gwi Joo and his family. She starts living with them, and changes begin to unfold.
