Đứa Trẻ Mồ Côi 2: Nạn Nhân Đầu Tiên: ';Orphan: First Kill' is the prequel to the 2009 horror film 'Orphan'. In this new installment, young actress Isabelle Fuhrman will reprise her role as the orphan Esther. To help Isabelle portray Esther at the age of 9 with her 23-year-old appearance, the filmmakers will use camera angles, settings to deceive the audience's vision, as well as top-notch makeup artists. The film will delve into the origins of Esther or more accurately, the psychotic Leena Klammer. It follows Leena's successful escape from an Estonian mental institution and her infiltration into a wealthy American family by posing as their missing adopted daughter, Esther. However, under her new guise as "Esther", she experiences unexpected changes and clashes with the mother figure who is desperately trying to protect her family at all costs.
