Thợ Săn Kẻ Giết Người: Joseph Mersault, his wife Anne, and their daughter Renee live in the remote wildeess of Canada, making a meager living trapping fur-bearing animals. Joseph trains Renee eagerly about making bait and trapping various animals, while Anne stays at home caring for the cabin, doing laundry, and fetching water. Their quiet life is disrupted when a dangerous wolf starts eating the animals trapped along their fur line. Despite Anne's objections, Joseph leaves the log cabin to track the wolf and eliminate the threat. After a long day in the wildeess tracking the wolf with Renee, Joseph finds fresh tracks and sends his daughter home out of conce for her safety. However, Joseph continues to hunt the wolf alone. Eventually, he stumbles upon a group of young women who have been brutally murdered – savaged, naked, and arranged in a ritualistic circle.
