Đảo Ma Cà Rồng: Miyamoto Akira, a young man with a vivid imagination, often spins tales for those around him. After graduating, he moves to Tokyo for university. However, he decides to retu home during summer break, following the disappearance of his older brother, Miyamoto Atsushi, a year prior. One evening after hanging out with friends, Akira encounters a mysterious girl collapsed on the street. The girl introduces herself as Aoyama Rei and hands Akira Atsushi's driver's license, claiming that his brother is in danger and needs help battling blood-sucking demons. Initially skeptical, Akira witnesses a vampire attack firsthand and, with his friends, decides to accompany Rei to her island where Atsushi is fighting these evil creatures alone. But it seems that things are not as straightforward as Rei led them to believe.
