Nền Giáo Dục Xấu Xí: Bad Education is a film based on the true story of a massive embezzlement scandal that rocked the US in the early 2000s at Roslyn High School in New York. The main character is the school superintendent, Frank Tassone (played by Hugh Jackman) - a respected official who is dedicated to making Roslyn the number one high school in America. Pam Gluckin (played by Allison Janney) - Frank's assistant - is caught by the school board using funds from the school's budget for her personal expenses. Frank wants to handle the situation quietly. However, Rachel Bhargava (played by Geraldine Viswanathan) - a student working for the school newspaper - notices suspicious discrepancies and decides to investigate on her own.
